| 摘 要： | 目的了解吉首市高校教职工代谢综合征（MS）的患病状况及其流行特征。方法从2008年10月．2010年4月吉首大学、吉首大学师范学院、湘西经贸学校三所高等院校健康人群随机抽样2538人进行调查、体检和血清等检查。计算MS及其各组分患病率，并分析MS相关因素。结果MS患病率为10．17％，男女患病率分别为13．82％、6．28％，男性高于女性，随着年龄增长患病率呈上升趋势。MS影响因素主要有年龄、性别、吸烟、BMI及地区。结论吉首地区患病率稍低于广州、上海等大城市，但是发病呈逐年上升趋势，应尽早开展MS综合防治，提高健康水平。
