| 摘 要： | 目的评估氨溴特罗口服溶液对儿童呼吸道感染的止咳、化痰、祛痰效果。方法将2009年7月—2010年6月间确诊为急性呼吸道感染有咳嗽、咳痰症状的2岁以上小儿180例,随机分为观察组90例,对照组90例,比较氨溴特罗口服溶液、复方磷酸可待因口服溶液两种药物5d有效率。结果氨溴特罗口服溶液组临床症状总有效率（咳嗽90%,痰量及黏稠度71.1%）均明显优于对照组（P〈0.01）。结论氨溴特罗口服溶液用于儿童呼吸道感染止咳、祛痰疗效可靠。
