| 摘 要： | 目的比较不同护理方法对腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者术前焦虑水平和术后疼痛感知的影响。方法以我院收治的97例腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者作为研究对象,遵照知情同意原则随机分为两组,对照组47例患者采用常规护理方法,观察组50例患者采用综合护理方法,比较分析两组患者的术前焦虑水平和术后疼痛感知情况。结果观察组患者的术前焦虑水平评分明显优于对照组,且术后疼痛感知情况亦明显优于对照组,两组比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论对腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者采用综合护理方法,能够缓解患者的术前焦虑,降低患者术后的疼痛感知,有利于患者的康复,值得临床关注。
