| 摘 要： | 目的了解小儿肺炎支原体感染的临床特点,在此基础上掌握肺炎支原体感染的治疗方法。方法对本院自2008年1月—2009年6月的45例被确诊为肺炎支原体感染小儿患者的相关资料进行回顾性的分析。结果 45例患儿中,治愈35例,有效6例,无效4例,总有效率为91.11%（41/45）。结论患儿支原体感染是呼吸系统的常见病,因发病年龄没有限制,因此感染后容易导致肺外并发症,应在临床上广泛重视,本院给予患儿阿奇霉素后,症状改善,效果显著。

| Abstract: | Objective To find out the young child pneumonia mycoplasma infection the characteristic,based on this master to enhances the MP clinical understanding and the treatment level.Methods So our hospital since Januray 2008~June 2009,45 patients were diagnosed with Mycoplasma pneumoniae infection in pediatric patients were retrospectively related to the analysis.Results In the 45 cases in children,Cure 35 cases were effective in 6,and 4 cases,with the total effective rate of 91.11%(41/45).Conclusion Mycoplasma in... |
