食管癌患者术后早期肠内营养与肠外营养应用比较

目的：探讨食管癌术后早期肠内营养的临床应用对患者术后营养状态及并发症的影响。方法对2008年12月至2013年6月，我院收治的134例食管癌患者随机分为两组，其中研究组67例患者术后实行早期肠内营养支持，对照组67例行全静脉营养（TPN）；比较两组患者术后营养状况及并发症发生情况。结果术后研究组患者营养状况与对照组相比无明显差异，早期肠内营养肠内不增加术后严重并发症发生率。结论食管癌术后早期应用肠内营养是安全的，与肠外营养具有相同的改善患者营养状态的作用，胃肠道不适等并发症增高，但胸部并发症减少，并未增加严重术后并发症。

Comparison of application of enteral nutrition and total parenteral nutrition in early postoperative patients with esophageal cancer

Objective：To investigate the effect of postoperative esophageal cancer clinical application of early enteral nu-trition on nutritional status and complications of patients after operation. Methods：From December,2008 to June,2013, we collected 134 patients with esophageal carcinoma and divided them into two groups randomly,the study group of 67 pa-tients with early enteral nutrition support,and the control group of 67 patients with total parenteral nutrition（TPN）;The occurrence of nutritional status and complications after operation were compared between the two groups. Results：In the study on the nutritional status of patients with postoperative group and compared with the control group there was no obvious difference,and early enteral nutrition did not increase postoperative complications. Conclusion：Application of early esoph-ageal cancer postoperative enteral nutrition is safe,and plays the same role of improving the nutritional status of patients with parenteral nutrition. It may increase gastrointestinal discomfort and other complications,but can decrease chest disea-ses,has no increase in serious postoperative complications.
