| 摘 要： | 目的观察自制溃疡液局部涂擦治疗口腔溃疡的疗效。方法将39例患口腔溃疡的患者随机分为治疗组19例,应用自制溃疡液局部涂擦每日4次,对照组20例采用多贝尔液含漱每日4次,观察口腔溃疡愈合时间。结果治疗组在口腔溃疡的愈合时间明显短于对照组,2组治愈时间经统计学处理,差异显著(P<0.01)。结论口腔溃疡液疗效确切,无明显不良反应,值得推广。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the curative effect of topical inunction of the self-prepared ulcer liquid in the treatment of mouth ulcer. Methods 39 cases of mouth ulcer were divided into the treatment group and the control group. 19 cases in the treatment group were applied the self-prepared ulcer liquid for 4 times of topical inunction everyday. 20 cases in the control group adopted the Duobell liquid for 4 times of gargle everyday. The healing time of mouth ulcer was observed. Results The healing time of mouth ulcer of the treatment group was shorter than that of the control group. There was a significant statistical difference in the healing time between the two groups (P<0.01). Conclusions The curative effect of ulcer liquid is definite. And it has no obvious adverse reaction, thus it is worthy of extending. |
