| 摘 要： | 目的了解中医辨证合万拉法新治疗难治性抑郁症的疗效和不良反应。方法将符合CCMD-3诊断标准的60例难治性抑郁症患者随机分为两组,治疗组、对照组各30例,对照组采用万拉法新治疗,治疗组在万拉法新治疗基础上进行中医辨证治疗,疗程6周,用汉密尔顿抑郁量表（HAMD）和不良反应量表（TESS）评定疗效和药物的不良反应。结果两组治疗后HAMD减分明显低于治疗前（P＆lt;0.01）,治疗组在治疗第1、第2周HAMD减分显著,与对照组比较有统计意义（P＆lt;0.05）,两组治疗后疗效比较无统计意义（P＆gt;0.05）,两组TESS评分比较有统计意义（P＆lt;0.05）。结论中医辨证合万拉法新治疗难治性抑郁症与单用万拉法新疗效相当,但起效快,不良反应轻。
