口腔软组织肉瘤35例疗效分析

目的 探讨口腔软组织肉瘤的生物学特性及其治疗效果。方法 以该院收治的３５例口腔软组织肉瘤为分析对象，进行疗效分析。结果 本组３５例的３ａ和５ａ生存率分别是３１．４％和２０．０％；局部复发率为４０．０％，远处转移率为４２．９％。结论 口腔软组织肉瘤是恶性度较高的头颈部恶性肿瘤，有较高的局部复发率和远处转移率，疗效较差；本病的治疗以手术治疗为主，应坚持广泛切除术的原则，手术安全切缘至少要有３ｃｍ；术后

Curative effect analysis for 35 cases with soft tissue sarcomas of oral cavity

Objective To evaluatethe biologicalcharacteristicsandthecurativeeffectsofsofttissuesarcomasoforal cavity. Methods The retrospectiveanalysis was performedin 35 patients with softtissue sarcomasoforalcavity who were treatedin Cancer Center,Sun Yat-sen University of MedicalSciences. Results Inthis group,the 3- year and 5 - year survivalrates were31.4% and 20-0 % respectively- Thelocalrecurrentrate was40-0% .The distant metastasesrate was 42-9% .Conclusion Softtissuesarcomas oforalcavity have higherrates oflocalrecurrence and distant metastases. Wide excisionisthetreatmentofchoice.chemotherapy,orboth.The margin ofnormaltissueshouldbenotlessthan 3cm- Postop erative adjuvantradiotherapy orchemotherapy or both may be helpfulinimproving effectiveness.
