小白鼠生精上皮周期的形成

摘    要:在小白鼠生后第1天到第56天,根据细胞核及精细胞顶体的形态变化,分别观察睾丸生精上皮周期的形成。结果表明,小白鼠在生后第1天睾丸的生精上皮由原始生殖细胞和支持细胞组成。生后7天出现精原细胞。生后14天出现分裂前期的初级精母细胞。生后21天出现发育早期的精细胞。生后35天少数曲细精管内出现了成熟精子,生精上皮周期已经形成,并与成鼠一样,生精上皮周期由12种时相组成。

Abstract:Two mice were sacrificed in each group of the following ages: 1,7,14,21,28,35,42,49,56 days. We studied the development of cycle of seminiferous epithelium according to the morphological changes of nuclei and acrosomes of spermatids. At day of birth, the immature seminiferous tules contained gonocytes and sertoli cells.At 7 days, in the tubules spermatogonia appeared. At 14 days, in some tubules spermatocytes were found. At 21 days, in mice rare tubules contained young spermatids.At 35,49,56 days, the cycle of seminiferous epithelium consist of 12 stages in spermatogenesis as mature mice.
