六法合一围攻治疗中风急性期的中医理论探讨

根据中风病因病机理论多样化的趋势，我们认为中风病急性期是风、火、痰、瘀、气、虚六种因素同时作用于机体，相互影响，于分秒之间病机瞬息万变；虚为中风之本，气机逆乱为中风之基，风、火、痰、瘀为中风之邪，六种病机相兼为病，相互消长；提出“整体性、多元性、一方合多法”围攻治疗中风急性期的中医治疗思路。

A Probe on the Unity of Six Methods of TCM in Treating Acute Ischemic Apoplexy

Based on the diversity trend of stoke cause and pathogeny presently, we stand for a viewpoint that there are 6 pathogenic factors, including Wind, Fire, Phlegm, Stagnation, Qi and deficiency,that act on the body at the same time, influence and change each other quickly.Deficiency is the foundation of stroke desease. The dysfunction of Qi also is the stroke essential pathogenesis. Wind, Fire, Phlegm, Stagnation are the pathogenic factors of stroke. The transformation between the 6 pathogenesis may lead to the occurrence of multiple related syndromes. The ideas is considered which on integrity and pluralism of ischemic apoplexy treatment in acute stage. From the connotation, theory, practical support and significance, the article expatiated a new approach on the Unity of Six Methods of TCM in curing acute ischemic apoplexy.
