新生儿低血糖脑病的诊治现状

新生儿低血糖脑病的诊断和治疗目前尚无统一标准,持续反复的低血糖可对新生儿大脑中枢神经系统造成不同程度的损伤,甚至留下永久后遗症。近年来国内外对新生儿低血糖的定义、低血糖脑病的病理生理、检查方法尤其是磁共振成像、磁共振扩散成像与磁共振波谱成像、单光子发射计算机断层成像的影像学特点及诊断、治疗等方面的研究有了新的进展。

Current Status of Diagnosis and Treatment in Hypoglycemic Encephalopathy

The diagnosis and treatment of neonatal hypoglycemia encephalopathy has no uniform standard,in which the continuous and repeated hypoglycemia can cause the damages to the neonatal central nervous system to in various degree and even result in permanent sequelae. In recent years,the definition of neonatal hypoglycemia,the pathophysiology,inspection methods,including magnetic resonance imaging,diffusion magnetic resonance imaging,magnetic resonance spectral imaging,single photon emission computed tomography imaging,have achieved new progress. This article reviews the diagnosis and treatment to reduce the incidence of cerebral sequelae.
