参芪扶正注射液联合放疗治疗老年晚期非小细胞肺癌

目的 观察参芪扶正注射液联合三维适形放疗(3DCRT)治疗老年晚期非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)的疗效、不良反应及细胞免疫功能变化.方法 42例老年NSCLC患者随机分为治疗组和对照组.对照组21例,予3DCRT治疗,剂量为2Gy/次,5次/周,共35次,总剂量70Gy.治疗组21例,3DCRT治疗同时予参芪扶正注射液250mL,静脉滴注,1次/日,至放疗结束后7d.均在放疗结束后60d评价疗效.应用流式细胞仪检测细胞免疫指标.结果 治疗组有效率85.7%,对照组有效率66.6%(P>0.05).治疗组患者的临床症状改善率明显高于对照组(P<0.05).治疗组放射性肺炎、放射性食管炎发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05).治疗组细胞免疫功能治疗后明显提高(P<0.05).结论 参芪扶正注射液联合3DCRT治疗老年NSCLC临床疗效好,不良反应小,并能提高患者细胞免疫功能,有一定临床应用价值.
