摘    要:目的:了解四川省城市社区卫生服务人力资源现况,分析存在的问题,为提出相应的完善措施提供依据.方法:采用分层抽样的方法,在四川省抽取7个城市共80家社区卫生服务机构,进行负责人自填问卷收集资料,运用统计软件SPSS10.0进行分析.结果:四川省各级城市基本具备了开展社区卫生服务的人才队伍;但是地区差异明显,人才结构不合理:具本科学历的医生平均不足30%,低于专科学历的护士>85%;成都市机构中具中级职称的医师比例仅45.68%,其它两类地区更低;成都市机构中公共卫生医师比例占20.3%,其他两类地区分别只有3.03%和6.45%;参加过全科医师培训和社区护理培训的平均只有2%.结论:各级相关部门应联合起来,统一行动,制定相应政策,建立合格的培训体系,加快人才结构调整,从各个方面完善社区卫生服务人力资源建设.

Abstract:Objective:To know the present state of human re sources in community health service in different cities of Sichuan province and find the problem s in these aspects, so as to provide warrant for putting forward relative suggesti ons.Methods:80 community health service institutions in 7 diffe rent cities of Sichuan province were sampled with stratified sampling and the questionnaires t hat were filled in by the institutions principals were collected.The data was analyzed by SPSS 10.0.Results:Essentially, there are enough hu man resources to develop the community health service in different cities of Sichuan pro vince,meanwhile the difference of areas is obvious,the struction of manp ower aren't reasonable,less than 30% doctors have the undergraduateship and more than 85% nurses haven't accepted the college education;just 45.68% docto rs have intermediate technical title in Chengdu city,and the same ratio i n other two areas are less ;the ratio of public health doctor in Chengdu inst itutions was 20.3%,but the ratio in other two areas were only 3.03% and 6.45 %;only 2% doctors and nurses accepted the general practitioner training an d community nursing training respectively.Conclu sio n:All co rrelative department should join up to make up correspond policy,to set up reg ular training system,to improve the adjustment of manpower structure and to perfe ct the structure of human resources in community health service.
