| Abstract: | Two patients with diffuse cerebritis due to Wegener's granulomatosis are described. The cerebritis developed despite prolonged treatment with cyclophosphamide. This may be the first report of such an occurrence. Both patients had excellent functional recovery with intravenous corticosteroids. |
