| 摘 要： | 目的防范调剂差错,杜绝药疗事故的发生。方法分析门诊药房容易发生调剂差错的原因,采取相应防范措施。结果强化质控,确保患者用药安全。结论药学人员在工作中应高度重视差错问题,积极采取相应的各种措施,就能减少差错事故的发生。

| Abstract: | Objective To avoid a faulty pharmacy medicine distribution and to eliminate medical accidents as well.Methods To analyze the causes of a faulty medicine distribution so as to adopt proper measures related.Results To strengthen then quality control in order to guarantee a safe use of pharmacy medicine.Conclusion Medical staff mcmbcrs should always be on the elert against a faulty medicine distribution so as to avoid possible medical accidents. |
