| Abstract: | The latest progress of research on the effect of VEGF pathway and Notch pathway in tumor angiogenesis was reviewed. Their interaction in the formation of tumor vasculature was emphatically introduced. The current studies and problems concerning blocking these two pathways to disrupt tumor vasculature were also explored. |
