摘    要:综述VEGF通路和Notch通路在肿瘤血管生成中的作用,重点阐述两者的相互作用在肿瘤血管形成中的意义,并概述以这两条信号通路为靶点的抗肿瘤药物研发现状。

Abstract:The latest progress of research on the effect of VEGF pathway and Notch pathway in tumor angiogenesis was reviewed. Their interaction in the formation of tumor vasculature was emphatically introduced. The current studies and problems concerning blocking these two pathways to disrupt tumor vasculature were also explored.
