气虚患者太渊 太溪穴伏安特性

摘    要:目的:观察气虚患者穴位伏安特性的变化,研究穴位功能与人体气血盛衰的关系。方法:采用自行研制的穴位伏安特性检测系统,对33例气虚患者和77例正常人太渊、太虚穴伏安特性进行检测,比较气虚患者和正常人穴位伏安特性的差异。结果:正常人和气虚患者穴位伏安特性曲线呈非线性特征,且增程曲线与减程曲线不重合。在2-7μA多个扫描电流处气虚患者太渊、太溪两穴电阻与正常人比较存在显著差异,气虚患者穴位电阻明显低于正常人(P<0.05-0.005)。结论:穴位伏安特性可作为观察气血变化的客观指标。气虚导致的皮肤汗液分泌增多、皮下组织水肿可能是导致气虚患者穴位电阻变低的主要原因。

Abstract:Objective:To observe the change of volt-ampere specificity of acupoints of patients with qi deficiency,and to research the properties of acupoints and its relationship with the preponderance and weakness of qi and blood in human body.Methods: A self-made high-sensitive detector for acupoint volt-ampere specificity was applied to detect the volt-ampere specificity of Taiyuan and Taixi on 33 patients with qi deficiency and 77 healthy people.Results: The volt-ampere curves of acupoints of healthy people and patients with qi deficiency are nonlinear.And their scanning beams from the high current to the low curent didn't overlap that from the low current ot the high current.From 2μA to 7μA,at many scanning spots the resistances of patients' Taiyuan and Taixi were significatly different to that of the healthy people,in which patients' were obviously lower than that of healthy people.Conclusion:Volt-ampere speificity of acupoints can reflect the change of qi and blood in the human body.Profuse sweating and edema due to qi deficiency might be the reason to bring about the decrease in resistance of acupoints of patients with qi deficiency.
