摘    要:随着人们对阿尔采末病(AD)发病机制的深入研究,未来AD的治疗也将从传统的抗乙酰胆碱酶疗法转变为针对淀粉样斑块形成,淀粉样多肽介导的毒性作用及神经原纤维缠结形成的多发病机制的研究。这篇综述将对包括以分泌酶为基础的治疗、免疫治疗、抗神经原纤维缠结的治疗以及传统中医治疗在内的各种新的实验性疗法做一个大体的论述。

Abstract:With the advancement in the understanding of the pathogenesis of Alzherimer's disease (AD),the trend of therapy for AD has shifted from conventional anti-acetylcholinesterase treatment to multiple mechanism-based therapies aiming at the decreases of amyloid plaques formation,amyloid peptides-mediated toxicity and neurofibrillary tangles generation.This review has covered updated experimental studies and clinical trials with the focus on seeretases-based therapy,immunotherapy,anti-neurofibrillary tangles therapy and the traditional Chinese medicine therapy.These new therapies show great potential in delaying disease progression and neuroprotection in experimental studies or clinical trials,which may highlight the possibility that AD could be cured in the future.
