呼氢试验用于胃泌酸功能的测定

Breath H2 test for gastric acid secretion

The authors have developed a noninvasive test for gastric acid secretion based on the reaction of in-gested magnesium with gastric acid to produce hydrogen gas, which is excreted in exhaled air and balches.This test was compared with the standard intubation test by performing both,on different days,in 30 adultvolunteers; the correlation coeffticient for OMBHT result and BAO was 0.72,for OMBHT result and[H+]was 0.88, and the resulting test-retest correlation coefficient was 0.90.OMBHT result was blocked by rane-tidine. The new test compare favorably with the standard intubation test. Because it is also noninvasive andshould therefore be more acceptable to subjects, this new test may be useful for clinical evaluation and re-search studies on subjects gastric acid secretion.
