摘    要:目的探讨局部接触振动(简称接振)家兔血清白细胞介素-8(IL-8)及血浆血栓烷素B2(TXB2)浓度的变化趋势及其意义。方法24只家兔随机分为接振组(又分为低剂量A组3.03m/s2、中剂量B组6.13m/s2、高剂量C组12.30m/s2)和无接振对照D组。接振组接振45d,分别于接振实验前、接振第15、30、45天经耳中动脉采血,用放射免疫法测其血清IL-8及血浆TXB2浓度。结果①与接振前比较,低剂量组IL-8浓度第30、45天明显降低,差异有显著性(P<0.05,P<0.01);中、高剂量组第15、30、45天血清IL-8浓度显著降低(P<0.01);与对照组比较,接振第15天中、高剂量组血清IL-8浓度降低有意义(P<0.05,P<0.01);接振第30天高剂量组血清IL-8浓度降低有显著性;而第45天各组血清IL-8浓度降低均有显著性(P<0.01)。②与接振前比较,3个实验组接振后各个时间的TXB2浓度均较实验前增高,差异具有显著性(P<0.05,P<0.01);与对照组比较,接振后TXB2浓度明显上升(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论局部振动可导致家兔血清IL-8浓度的降低,及血浆TXB2浓度的升高,两者的变化可能与手臂振动病的发病有一定关系。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the impact of local vibration on the concentrations of IL-8 and TXB2 in rabbits and to explore their meaning.Methods 24 rabbits were divided randomly into four groups .Three groups were tested with different vibration power (group A 3.03 m/s2,group B 6.13 m/s2, group C 12.30 m/s2) and one was tested as the normal control group. Serum levels of IL-8 and TXB2 were measured with radioimmunoassay. Results IL-8 concentrations in three vibration groups were significantly decreased compared with those in the controls (P<0.05, P<0.01),however, the level of TXB2 was significantly higher than that of the controls (P<0.05, P<0.01). Conclusion Local vibration may cause serum level of IL-8 decrease and level of TXB2 increase. These changes may relate to the pathogenesis of hand arm vibration disease.
