摘    要:目的采用高效液相色谱法测定不同生长期的叶下珠中槲皮素的含量。方法色谱柱为Zorbax SB-C18柱(250mm×4.6mm,5.0μm),流动相为乙腈-0.2%磷酸(30:70),流速为1mL/min,紫外检测波长为370nm。结果槲皮素进样量在0.05~0.40μg范围内与峰面积具有良好的线性关系,r=0.9999(n=8),平均回收率为102.54%,RSD=1.74%(n=6)。结论 9月至10月采收的叶下珠中槲皮素的含量最高。

Abstract:Objective To develop an HPLC method to determine the contents of quercetin in Phyllanthus urinaria L.from different growth periods.Methods The extracts were seperated on Zorbax SB-C18 column(250 mm × 4.6 mm,5.0 μm) with acetonitrile-0.2% phosphoric acid(30:70) as the mobile phase.The flow rate was 1 mL /min.The detection wavelength was at 370 nm.Results The method was linear within the range of 0.05-0.40 μg(r = 0.999 9).The average recovery rate was 102.54%,RSD was 1.74%(n = 6).Conclusion Phyllanthus urinaria L.grown in September and October is found to contain the highest contents of quercetin.
