对温州市民营医院的现状进行了调查研究。根据调查结果,分析了制约温州民营医院的发展瓶颈:诚信缺失、人才缺乏、市场竞争力薄弱和“体制路障”。并在此基础上提出了加强管理、让利患者、保持专科特色、留住人才、加强行业自律和政府监管等具体对策。

Obstacles and remedies of Wenzhou private hospital development

The article surveyed the current status of Wenzhou private hospitals. According to the survey, the obstacles such as lack of trust, lack of human resource, weak of competitiveness and system barriers were analyzed. Based on the issues, some remedies such as promoting management, marketing, training medical staff, strengthening self-esteem and regulation were mentioned.
