| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨系统性红斑狼疮（ＳＬＥ）患者中Ｔｈ２型细胞因子ｍＲＮＡ的表达。方法 用逆转录－多聚酶链反应（ＲＴ－ＰＣＲ）法检测了１０例正常人和１５例活动期ＳＬＥ患者外周血单个核细胞（ＰＢＭＣ）中白介素６（ＩＬ－６）和白介素１０（ＩＬ－１０）ｍＲＮＡ表达的水平。结果 与正常相比，活动期ＳＬＥ患者ＰＢＭＣ中ＩＬ－６和ＩＬ－１０ｍＲＮＡ的表达水平均增高（均Ｐ〈０．０１）。结论 ＳＬＥ患者中Ｔｈ２型细胞因子Ｉ

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the mRNA expression of Th2 type cytokines in SLE patients.Methods Applying RT PCR technique to semiquantitatively analyse the mRNA expression of IL 6 and IL 10 in the PBMCs from 10 normal controls and 15 SLE patients.Results Compared with normal controls,the mRNA expression of IL 6 and IL 10 in SLE PBMCs was significantly increased( P <0.01,both).Conclusion The Th2 type cytokine IL 6 IL 10 expression in active SLE patients is up regulated,which might play some roles in the pathogenesis of SLE. |
