食管鳞癌组织中桩蛋白和PTEN的表达及其意义

摘    要:目的:探讨桩蛋白(paxillin)和PTEN在食管鳞癌组织中的表达及其病理生物学意义。方法:应用免疫组织化学Envision二步法检测85例食管鳞癌组织和22例癌旁正常组织中paxillin和PTEN的表达情况,并分析二者与食管鳞癌不同临床病理特征间的关系。结果:(1)85例食管鳞癌组织和22例癌旁正常食管组织中paxillin阳性表达率分别为65.9%、41.2%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),而PTEN在食管鳞癌组织中的阳性表达率(54.5%),低于癌旁正常组织(90.9%)(P<0.01)。在食管鳞癌组织中两者的表达无相关性(P>0.05)。(2)不同性别、年龄、组织分化程度、有无淋巴结转移、浸润深度和TNM分期的食管鳞癌组织paxillin和PTEN的阳性表达率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。不同民族间paxillin的阳性表达率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:(1)paxilinn和PTEN的异常表达是食管鳞癌细胞浸润转移的促进因素之一,此外paxillin的异常表达可能存在民族基因背景差异。细胞核PTEN表达可以作为食管鳞癌患者理想的生物学标志和有用的预后预测指标。(2)不同性别、年龄、肿瘤分化程度等临床病理特征患者食管鳞癌组织中paxillin和PTEN的表达可能无明显差别。

Abstract:Objective:To investigate the abnormal expressions and the biopathological significances of paxillin and PTEN in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma tissues. Methods: EnvisionTM plus immunohistochemical method was used to detect the expressions of paxillin and PTEN and to analyse the correlation between them and different clinical pathological features in 85 cases of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma and in 22 cases of normal tissues. Results: (1) The positive frequency of paxillin in 85 cases of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma and in 22 cases of normal tissues was respectively 65.9% and 54.5% (P>0.05). But the positive frequency of PTEN was appearly different in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma tissues and in nomal tissues, 54.1% and 90.9% respectively (P<0.01). However no significiant correlationship was found between paxillin and PTEN in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma tissues (P>0.05). (2) No different of the expression of paxillin and PTEN among different sexes, ages, degrees of differentiation as well as other features were found (P>0.05). However it was found that the expression of paxillin was different in different ethnics (P<0.05). Conclusions: (1) The abnormal expression of paxillin and PTEN may be one of furtherance factors in canceration and metastasis of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma. Furthermore the abnormal expression of paxillin may have difference of ethnics. The expression of PTEN in squamous cell could be a biological mark and the focast quota of the patient of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma, it may be some significant that to be used in the screen and the focast judgement of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma. (2) It may be no clear diference on the expressions of paxillin and PTEN among diferent sex, age, degrees of differentiation as well as other clinical pathological features.
