运用PDCA循环法管理医院药库药品供应的效果分析

目的探讨PDCA（计划、实行、检查、行动）循环法对医院药库药品供应管理的效果。方法对2008年7月至2009年6月医院药库运用PDCA循环法前后两种不同的管理方法进行回顾性对比分析。结果运用PDCA循环管理法后,药库管理有效使用率由原来的97.00%上升至98.90%（P〈0.05）,药品去向明确率由原来的98.50%上升至99.50%（P〈0.05）,药品不合格报损率由原来的3.00%下降至1.10%（P〈0.05）。结论运用PDCA循环法对药库药品供应进行管理,能有效保证供应流程顺畅合理,从而保证医疗质量,减少医疗差错。

Study on Effect of PDCA Cycle on Drug Supplies Management in Hospital Pharmacy

Objective To investigate the effect of plan-do-check-action （PDCA） cycle on drug supplies management in hospital pharmacy. Methods Two kinds of hospital pharmacy management（before and after using PDCA cycle） were implemented on control group and experimental group respectively between 2008 and 2009.The comparative analysis was carried out retrospectively.Results The qualified ratio of pharmacy management increased dramatically from 97.00%up to 98.90%（P 〈0.05）,and the confirmation rate of drugs flow direction was from 98.50%up to 99.50%（P〈 0.05）,while the reported loss rate of unqualified drugs was reduced from 3.00%to 1.10%（P 〈0.05）.Conclusion Managing pharmacy supplies with PDCA cycle can effectively ensure smooth and reasonable process of drug supply,thus ensure the quality of medical care and reduce medical errors.
