前囊方形截除术在皮质性白内障囊外摘除中的应用

目的 :探讨前囊方形截除术在皮质性白内障囊外摘除术中的临床应用效果。方法 :采用前囊方形截除术对 5 5例 (5 9眼 )皮质性白内障行囊外摘除及后房型人工晶体植入术。术后 3个月散瞳后通过房角镜观察人工晶体的固定位置。结果 :术中 5 6眼 (94.9% )成功完成前囊方形截除 ,3眼 (5 .1% )失败 ,改为信封式截囊。术后有 5 5眼 (93 .2 % )人工晶体的双袢均在囊袋内。结论 :前囊方形截除为皮质性白内障囊外摘除提供了一个边缘光滑整齐、抗撕裂、无前囊碎片的开口 ,同时确保了人工晶体囊袋内固定的可靠性

Application of Square-shaped Anterior Capsulotomy in Extracapsular Extraction for Cortical Cataracts

Objective: To inverstigate the effect of squareshaped anterior capsulotomy in extracapsular extraction for cortical catarcacs.Methods:55 cases(59 eyes) underwent extracapsular cataract extruction and intracapsular lens implantation through squareshaped anterior capsulotomy. The loop fixation of IOL was observed by gonioscopy after mydriasis 3 months after the operation. Results:Squareshaped anterior capsulotomy was well done in 56 eyes(94.9%) during the operation. Envelop capsulotomy was done to the 3 eyes(5.1%)which failed in the former operation. The both loops of IOL in 55 eyes(93.2%)were in the capsular bag 3 months after the operation. Conclusion: The results show that the square_shaped anterior capsulotomy provides a tagfree opening with smooth edges and excellent tearing resistance for cortical cataracts, and raises the reliability of IOL intracapsular fixation.
