2006年-2008年本院抗感染药物应用分析

目的：调查分析本院抗感染药物的应用情况，为临床合理用药提供参考。方法：根据本院“医院信息系统（CHIS）”中2006-2008年的抗感染药物的原始数据资料，采用限定日剂量法和销售金额排序法进行分析。结果：2006—2008年本院抗感染药物销售金额占全年药物销售金额平均比例低于卫生部所规定的50％的限定标准，头孢菌素类应用频率较高，且金额占抗感染药物总金额的40．72％。喹诺酮类、大环内酯类、β-内酰胺类增长迅速。结论：本院抗感染药物应用基本合理，但仍应当加强管理。

Analysis of use of anti - infectives in our hospital during 2006-2008

Objective： To survey the use of anti - infectives in our hospital to provide reference for rational clinical use of anti - infectives. Methods：The original data which are retrieved from CHIS during 2006-2008 were analyzed by the defined daily dose （DDD） method and the order of consumption sum. Results ：The ratio of the consumption sum of anti - infectives to that of the total consumption sum was % on average, which was less than 50% specified by the Department of Health. Cephalosporins held high DDDs and its consumption sum accounted for 40.72% of the total. The share of quinolones, macrolides and β - lactams increased rapidly. Conclusions ： The use of anti - infectives is rational on the whole, but it is necessary to tighten control on the use of them.
