| 摘 要： | 目的：建立利血平注射液的HPLC测定方法。方法：采用Agilent C18柱（250mm×4．6mm，5μm），以乙腈-1％醋酸铵溶液（46：54）为流动相，流速1．0ml·min^-1，检测波长为268nm。结果：利血平线性范围为0．10—0．82μg，r=0．9999，利血平平均回收率为100．3％，RSD0．8％（n=6）。结论：方法重复性好，准确，可用于该制剂的质量控制。

| Abstract: | Objective： To establish the determination method of reserpine injection by HPLC. Method： The Agilent C18 column （250mm × 4.6mm,5 μm） was used lthe mobile phase was acetonitrile -1% ammonium acetate solution （46：54）, the detection wavelength was 268nm, the flow rate was 1.0ml. min - 1. Result： The linear range was 0. 10 - 0.82μg for Reserpine, r = 0.999 9, the average recovery was 100.3% with RSD 0.8% （n = 6）. Conclusion： The method is accurate and repeatable, It can be used for quality control of reserpine injection. |
