超声检测冠状动脉三支病变者颈动脉硬化

摘    要:目的:应用超声检测冠心病冠状动脉三支病变者(三支病变)颈动脉斑块及左心功能,方法:选择经冠状动脉造影确诊为冠状动脉三支病变者52例,超声检测其左,右颈动脉及左心功能的变化。结果:斑块位于左侧颈动脉91处,右侧颈动脉78处,32.5%位于颈动脉前壁,67.5%位于后壁。心功能对照组与三支组比较P<0.01。结论:三支病变者颈动脉班块以硬斑多见,颈动脉分叉处多分,冠脉与颈动脉病变相关密切,心功能已有损害。

Abstract:Objective To detect the arteria cervicalis plaque and left heart function by ultrasound in 3-branch-lesion coronary heart disease.Methods Changes of the left heart function and bilateral arteria cervicalis were derected by ultrasound in 52 cases of socalled 3-branch-lesion coronary heart disease diagnosed by coronarography.Results There are 91 plaques in the left arteria cervicalis,and 78 Plagnes in the right arteria cervicalis 32.5% of which locates at the front wall of arteria cervicalis,and 67.5% locates at the back wall.The comparision between the changes of heart function in controlled group and the 3-branch-lesion coronary heart disease group is significanl.( P <0.01).Conclusions Hard plaque and BIF are often seen in the arteria cervicalis plaque in 3-branch-lesion coronary heart disease.There is close relation ship between coronary artery and the lesions of arteria cervicalis.The heart function has been damaged.
