颞三针治疗无先兆型偏头痛临床疗效观察

目的 :观察颞三针治疗无先兆型偏头痛的临床疗效。方法 :将 6 2例偏头痛患者随机分为针刺组(35例 )和口服尼莫地平对照组 (2 7例 )。针刺组取颞三针 (耳尖直上 ,发际上二寸为第一针 ,在第一针水平向前后各旁开一寸为第二、第三针 )为主穴 ,手法采用快速捻转或以滞针手法 ,对照组口服尼莫地平。结果 :针刺组基本恢复 13例 ,显效 10例 ,有效 5例 ,总有效率为 85 .7%;尼莫地平组基本恢复 4例 ,显效3例 ,有效 8例 ,总有效率为 5 5 .5 %,经统计学分析 ,针刺组疗效优于对照组 (P <0 .0 1)。

Clinical observation of migraine by the temploral three acupoints

Purpose:To observe the clinical effect of Acupuncture on Migraine patients without aura with the temploral three points.Method:Sixty two cases of migraine were randomly divided into two groups,35 cases received acupuncture which take the temploral three points (the first of the points is 2 cun superior to the apex of the ear beyond the border of the hairline,at the same level,the 2nd and 3rd are needled 1 cun to either side) as main points,while the others treated with Nimodipine as control.Results:In acupuncture group,13 cases were cured basically,10 cases significant effect,7 cases improved,and 5 cases had no effect,the total effective rate being 85.7%.In Nimodipine therapy group,4 cases were cured basically,3 cases significant effect,8 cases improved,and 12 cases had no effect,the total effective rate being 55.5%.Conclusion:The effect of acupuncture therapy was superior to that of Nimodipine therapy.
