| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨多发性骨髓瘤的临床特点、诊断、治疗及预后等相关因素,探讨误诊的原因,总结诊断和治疗的经验。方法:对53例多发性骨髓瘤患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结论:多发性骨髓瘤常见的症状为骨痛、贫血、肾功能不全,化疗和积极的支持治疗有利提高患者的生存质量。

| Abstract: | Objective: Aim Discussing the clinical characters,diagnosis,therapies,prognosis and some concerning factors of MM,discussing the reason of the error diagnosis,concluding the experience of the diagnosis and therapies.Method: Reviewing analysis of 53 clinical cases of MM.Conclusion: Common symptoms of MM are bone pain,anemia and renal inadequacy.It will improve the existing quality of patients by chemotherapy and active-support therapy. |
