高压氧治疗颅脑损伤的疗效分析

目的：对高压氧治疗颅脑外伤治疗效的研究，方法：采用Ｙｃ２６８０／０３／２０型高压氧舱治疗压力为０．２－０．２５ＭＰ，入舱后升压２０分钟，治疗６０分钟，中间休息１０分钟，降压２０分钟上述治疗每日一次，１０次为一疗程，同时配合降低颅内压的药物。结果，观察１００例，基本治愈，显效，有效９０例，无效１０例，有效率的９０％结论：高压氧对颅脑外伤治疗有效，能供脑组织充足的氧，从而减轻脑组织的病理性改变，高压氧

cllnlcal analysis of craniocerebral trauma with hyperbario oxygen therapy

OBJECTIVE: To study the effect of hyperbario oxygen therapy in the treatment with craniocerebral trauma- METHODS:We use the hyperbario oxygen chamber of Yc 2680/03/20Type with pressure 0. 20-0. 25 Mpa. At the beginning of the treatment the pressure is increased in 20 min,then comes in the patient,stays for 70 min(with 10 min break),at last the pressure is reduced. It is used once a day for 10 days. At the same time the hypotensive drugs of craniocerebral pressure are used. RESULTS: 100 cases were studied. 30 cases were cured,40 cases had significally effect,the effective rate is 70% CONCLUSION:Hyperbario oxygen therapy is good for craniocere bral trauma patients,because it can give enough oxygen to cerebral tissue in order to reduce the pathological change of the brain due to hypoxemia;in addition hyperbario oxygen can increase the oxygen content,increase the oxygen pressure and increase the diffusion capacity.
