典必殊在晶状体超声乳化术后的疗效

目的观察典必殊滴眼液对晶状体超声乳化术后眼内炎症治疗效果。方法将189例（243眼）晶状体超声乳化术后的患者随机分为两组，A组93例（122眼），术后白天应用典必殊混悬液．前3天8次／日，3天后改为6次／日，以后每周递减1次至3次／日后再用1周停用。睡前滴托品酰胺滴眼液。B组96例（121眼）术后前3天每日球结膜F注射庆人2万U、地塞米松2．5mg，3天后改为典必殊滴跟液6次／日，以后剂量同A组。结果A组与B组对前房内炎症反应的控制效果相同。结论典必殊滴眼液与球结膜下注射庆大、地塞米松相比，在用药途径上更简便，抗菌效果更好，副作用少。可作为晶状体超声乳化术后的常规用药。

Clinical effects of tobradex eyedrops after ultrasonic phacoemulsification

Objective To investigate influence of tobradex eyedrops for treatment ocular inflammation after ultrasonic phacoemulsification.Methods 243 eyes in 189 patients after ultrasonic phacoemulsification were randomized as A group 122 eyes in 93 patients and B group 121 eyes in 96 patients.A group used admizture liquid of tobradex in the day after manipulation,also tropicamide eyedrops before sleep.B group injects gentamicin and dexamethasone every day in the bulbar conjunctiva,three days later same as A group.Results A group and B group have identical results in controlling inflammation of anterior chamber.Conclusion the effect of tobradex eyedrops for treatment ocular inflammation after phacoemulsification is reliable.
