| 摘 要： | 随着信息化发展。开展高效、全面的数字化建设已经成为医院的当务之急。从数字化医院建设的角度出发。分析了江苏大学附属医院在信息化过程中的全面建设现状与发展战略，探讨了如何更好的依托数字化平台，提高医院管理效能，从而进一步增强新形势下医院的数字化应用程度。
