百草枯中毒肺损伤MSCT特征与临床预后相关性分析

目的:探讨百草枯中毒肺损害的MSCT表现及临床预后。方法:回顾性分析62例百草枯中毒患者的肺部CT表现及临床资料。结果:百草枯中毒时肺实质、肺间质均可受累。36例出现磨玻璃征和肺实变影,17例显示晚期肺纤维化。62例肺部CT表现与中毒剂量、检查时间相关。结论:百草枯中毒肺部损害具有明确的MSCT影像特征。早、中期以肺实质损害为主要CT表现,晚期以肺间质损害为主要CT表现。MSCT对判断肺损害、评估临床预后及制订治疗方案有重要意义。

Correlation study on MSCT manifestation of the lung damage and clinical prognosis in paraquat poisoning

Objective： To investigate the multi-slice spiral CT（MSCT）manifestation of lung damage poisoned by paraquat and clinical prognosis. Methods：The chest MSCT was performed in 62 patients with paraquat poisoning. The MSCT manifestation and clinical data were retrospectively analyzed. Results： The pulmonary parenchyma and pulmonary interstitium were both in-volved. There were 36 cases showed ground-glass sign and pulmonary consolidation shadow. 17 cases showed pulmonary inter- stitial fibrosis in later stage. The lung CT performance of 62 patients was related to toxic dose and checking time. Conclusion： The lung damage of paraquat poisoning has definite MSCT image characteristics. Pulmonary parenchyma damage is CT perform-ance at early and middle state,pulmonary interstitial damage is main MSCT performance at later stage. MSCT scanning has im-portant significance in finding of lung injury,evolution of prognosis and conduction of therapeutic schemes.
