| 摘 要： | 目的探讨儿科病房皮肤过敏试验不良事件发生的原因,提出安全管理对策。方法加强护理人员安全教育,改进工作流程,应用皮试执行卡和护理警示标识。结果自实施皮肤过敏试验安全管理措施后,无皮肤过敏试验不良事件发生。结论在儿科病房实施皮肤过敏试验安全管理,能有效避免此类护理不良事件的发生,保证患儿得到安全的治疗和优质的护理服务。

| Abstract: | Objective To analyze the causes of adverse event for intradermal sensitivity test in the pediatric ward and discuss the safety management countermeasures.Methods Strengthened nursing safety education and improved work processes.application of intradermal sensitivity test card and nursing warning signs warning function.Results Since 2009 June in pediatric wards of intradermal sensitivity test to safety management measures,There was no skin allergy test adverse event.Conclusion In the pediatric wards,intradermal sensitivity test to safety management can effectively avoid such nursing adverse events,protect the children get safe therapy and high quality nursing care. |
