| 摘 要： | 目的观察环氧化酶-2（COX-2）抑制剂塞来昔布联合放疗对人乳腺癌MDA-MB-231细胞裸鼠移植瘤生长的影响。方法建立人乳腺癌裸鼠移植瘤模型,观察塞来昔布联合放疗治疗后裸鼠移植瘤的生长情况,测定移植瘤中COX-2、血管内皮生长因子（VEGF）的表达情况。结果塞来昔布联合放疗治疗后移植瘤的体积和重量减小（P〈0.01）,COX-2、VEGF表达下降（P〈0.05）。结论塞来昔布联合放疗能抑制人乳腺癌裸鼠移植瘤的生长。
