| 摘 要： | Calpain-10基因的第43单核苷酸的GG基因型频率，119例2型糖尿病组为91％，121例空腹血糖正常组为86％，二组间差异无统计学意义。

| Abstract: | Objective In 119 T2DM and 121 normal fasting plasma glucose (NFPG) subjects, the GG genotype of SNP-43 in calpain-10 gene was 91% in T2DM and 86% in NFPG subjects, with no significant difference in statistics. |
