| 摘 要： | 细菌生物膜是指不可逆转粘附在固相表面的细菌团块,被其自身分泌的胞外聚合物基质包埋,不同于单个浮游状态细菌的存在方式.随着导尿管在医院临床上的广泛应用,如何控制生物膜的形成将成为预防留置导尿管相关感染的关键所在,兹就以两者关系的研究进展做一综述.

| Abstract: | Bacterial fiofilm has been described that bacteria lump which is encased by autocrine polysaccharide matrix firmly adheres to the solid surface. It is different from the planktonic bacteria. As the catheter has been widely used in clinic, how to control the formation of the bacteria biofilm is t he key step of preventing the indwelling catheter associated infection. The prog ress in the relation between them was reviewed. |
