中医药治疗年龄相关性白内障的研究进展

年龄相关性白内障目前的治疗以手术摘除并人工晶状体植入为主,药物的防治作用仍面临挑战.近10a来,中医中药治疗年龄相关性白内障的研究在我国取得了一定的进展.多种内服和外用的中药制剂已应用于临床,中药药理的研究主要集中在抗氧化作用和抑止醛糖还原酶作用上,然而,其作用机制和有效性还有待于更科学的研究和验证.本文对我国近年来中医药治疗年龄相关性白内障的临床应用及药理研究进行综述,为临床提供有价值的参考资料.

Recent progress of traditional Chinese medicine in treating age-related cataract

At present, extirpation by operation at maturation phase is the mainly therapy of age-related cataract, but traditional Chinese medicine is used in treating age-related cataract at early phase and metapahse. Great progress of traditional Chinese medicine in treating age-related cataract has been made in China in the past years. Many sorts of internal and external drugs are being used in clinical treatment, but the pharmacological mechanism research is mainly on the function of anti-oxidation and depressing the activity of aldose reductase, thus, the pharmacological mechanism and efficacy still need further and more scientific researching and conforming. Current information on clinical study, experimental research of age-related cataract and the advance of treatment with traditional Chinese medicine is analyzed and summarized in the present paper to offer a reference for clinical therapy.
