| 摘 要： | 在６只狗的胫骨上，行骨膜剥离，“Ｚ”骨折固定，两端胶封制成截血骨模型。在骨髓腔内植入胫前动脉。术后２、４、８ｗ做Ｘ线造影和动脉铸型的解剖学研究。结果显示，在截血的骨干，植入髓腔内的胫前动脉生长出新的血管，沿髓腔向下生长，担负起截血骨干愈合所须的血供。

| Abstract: | The tibial bone of six dogs was fractured in "Z" model,the periosteum was removed,and the anterior tibial artery was transplanted into the the medullar cavity of tibial bone.After 2,4 and 8 weeks of operation,the radiography and arterial casting was performenced and anatomical study was made.The result showed that the anterior tibial artery in the medullar cavity send off a new anterior downwards the medullar cavity and suppport the repair of tibial fracture. |
