| 摘 要： | 目的：为了给临床医师进行下牙槽神经阻滞麻醉提供可靠的参考数据和简便的计算公式。方法：用卡尺和测下颌骨器测量了３８个成人下颌骨的１６个项目。结果：①由下颌第一磨牙颊沟的颊缘水平伸至对侧下颌小舌后缘间距离为８．２９±０．４１ｃｍ；由下颌角至下颌小舌上缘最后点间距离为３．１０±０．４４ｃｍ。②预测进针深度的回归方程口外麻醉的进针深度：Ｘ６＝０．５５９±０．２８８Ｘ３＋０．４６４Ｘ４口内麻醉的进针深度：Ｘ８＝２．４１９＋０．４０６Ｘ１＋０．６７０Ｘ４。还对下颌孔在下颌支内面的位置进行了指数计算和数据定位。结论：文章提供的参考数据和方法，可使下牙槽神经阻滞麻醉的定点更为确切；回归方程可用于进针深度的测算
