细节管理联合常规护理在小儿肺炎中的护理效果及影响

目的探讨细节管理联合常规护理在小儿肺炎中的护理效果及对肺功能水平的影响研究。方法选取本院收治的小儿肺炎患儿90例,随机分为2组,对照组应用常规护理,研究组应用细节管理联合常规护理,对比2组患儿护理效果以及肺功能。结果研究组患儿治疗有效率为91.11%显著优于对照组66.67%;研究组患儿心率恢复时间、临床症状的消失时间以及住院时间均短于对照组(P0.05);护理前2组患儿肺功能对比无显著差异(P0.05),护理干预后研究组患儿肺功能FEV1、FVC、PEFF、EF25%~75%指标改善情况显著优于对照组(P0.05)。结论小儿肺炎应用细节管理联合常规护理有利于改善护理质量,提高患儿的肺功能水平。

Nursing effect of detail management combined with routine nursing on infantile pneumonia and its effect on pulmonary function

Objective To investigate the nursing effect of detail management combined with routine nursing in children with pneumonia and its effect on lung function.Methods A total of 90 children with pneumonia were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated with routine nursing and the study group was treated with detailed management and routine nursing.Nursing effects and lung function were compared.Results The treatment efficiency of the study group was 91.11%, which was significantly better than 66.67% of the control group (P <0.05).The heart rate recovery time, the disappearance time of the clinical symptoms and the hospitalization time were significantly shorter in the study group than that in the control group (P <0.05).There was no significant difference between in lung function in the two groups (P>0.05).The improvement of lung function FEV1, FVC, PEFF, EF 25%~75% in the study group was significantly better than that in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion The application of detail management in children with pneumonia combined with routine nursing is conducive to improving the quality of care and lung function in children.
