PDCA循环护理干预在胃食管反流病患者中的应用

目的探讨PDCA循环护理干预在胃食管反流病患者中的应用效果。方法选取胃食管反流患者100例,随机均分为对照组和观察组各50例。对照组患者在住院期间接受常规护理,观察组患者采用PDCA循环护理干预法。比较2组患者护理前后胃食管反流疾病问卷(RDQ)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分。结果 2组患者护理干预后,观察组患者的RDQ、SDS、SAS评分均低于对照组(P0.05)。结论 PDCA循环护理干预在胃食管反流术中应用效果较好,可有效缓解患者的负性情绪,对患者的康复状态有积极的影响。

Effect of PDCA cycle nursing intervention for patients with gastroesophageal reflux disease

Objective To investigate the effect of PDCA cycle nursing intervention for patients with gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD).Methods 100 patients with gastroesophageal reflux in our hospital were randomly divided into control group and observation group.The control group received routine care during hospitalization while the observation group used PDCA cycle nursing intervention.Then the scale of gastroesophageal reflux disease questionnaire(RDQ) scores, self-rating depression scale (SDS) score, self-rating anxiety scale (SAS) score were compared between the two groups before and after the treatment.Results The RDQ, SDS and SAS scores of the observation group were significantly lower than that of the control group after nursing intervention(P<0.05).Conclusion PDCA cycle nursing intervention is effective in the treatment of gastroesophageal reflux, which has a positive impact on the rehabilitation of patients.
