原因不明复发性流产患者蜕膜组织中蛋白激酶的表达及其与细胞凋亡的相关性研究

摘    要:目的观察并分析蛋白激酶在原因不明复发性流产(URSA)患者蜕膜组织中的表达情况,及其与胎盘蜕膜细胞凋亡的相关性。方法回顾性分析本院就诊的140患者,将其分成80例流产组和60例对照组。采用免疫组织化学染色法分别测定SGK在2组URSA患者蜕膜组织中的表达情况,同时采用DNA末端原位标记染色法(TUNEL法)分别检测流产组和对照组的细胞凋亡指数(AI)。结果流产组患者蜕膜组织中SGK的阳性表达率为25.0%,明显低于对照组的93.3%,2组比较差异具有统计学意义(P0.05);流产组的平均细胞凋亡指数为明显高于对照组,2组比较差异具有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论 URSA患者蜕膜组织中蛋白激酶的表达降低,与组织细胞凋亡明显增加存在相关性。

Abstract:Objective To observe the expression of SGK in uterine decidua in patients with unexplained recurrent spontaneous abortion (URSA) and to investigate its role in the course of apoptosis.Methods The data of 140 patients in our hospital was retrospectively analyzed.The expression of SGK was detected by immunohistochemistry in decidua of URSA (abortion group,n=80) and normal first trimester pregnant women (control group,n=60).The apoptotic index was detected by TUNEL.Results Compared with the control group,the positive expression of SGK decreased significantly in the abortion group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The average apoptotic index of the abortion group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The positive expression of SGK is decreased in uterine decidua cells in patients with URSA,which is related to apoptosis.
