护理干预对急性闭角型青光眼患者术后恢复的临床效果分析

目的探析护理干预对急性闭角型青光眼患者术后恢复过程的临床应用效果。方法将本院急性闭角型青光眼患者90例,按照随机数字表的顺序分为观察组48例和对照组42例,对照组行常规护理方式,观察组在对照组基础上采取综合护理干预对患者开展健康教育,治疗后,分别对2组患者的眼内压、患者对护理满意度、住院时间、患者并发症的发生情况进行比较,应用焦虑-抑郁量表评分系统SAS、SDS量表对治疗前后患者情绪心理状态进行评价。结果治疗结束后,2组患者的眼内压均有所恢复,且观察组患者的眼内压恢复情况显著优于对照组;观察组患者对护理的满意程度评分显著高于对照组,2组患者的住院时间和患者临床病发症的发生率无显著性差异(P0.05),2组患者的焦虑-抑郁样评分均显著低于同组治疗前,且观察组患者的评分显著低于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论护理干预对急性闭角型青光眼患者术后恢复具有促进作用,可以有效降低术后并发症,提高临床治疗效果,值得临床推广使用。

Clinical effect of nursing on the recovery of patients with the acute angle-closure glaucoma after surgery

Objective To explore and analyze the clinical effect of nursing on the recovery of patients with the acute angle-closure glaucoma after the surgery.Methods A total of 90 patients with the acute angle-closure glaucoma diagnosed and treated in our hospital were divided into experimental group(n=48) and control group(n=42) according to the table of random number method, patients in control group were treated conventional nursing, and patients of experimental group were treated with the comprehensive nursing based on the control group, the intraocular pressure (IOP), the nursing satisfaction, hospital stay and the recurrence of the complication of patients in the two group were analyzed, and the mental state were analyzed by the table of SAS and SDS.Results The IOP of the patients in the two groups were recovered and the recovery situation of experimental group were better than control group, and the satisfaction was higher, hospital stay and the recurrence of the complication showed no significant difference.The scores of SAS and SDS were lower than nursing before, and experimental group was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion The comprehensive nursing has a great effect on the recovery of patients with the acute angle-closure glaucoma after the surgery with lower recurrence rate and better clinical effect, and it deserves the promotion in clinic.
