优质护理对食道癌放疗合并抑郁患者心理状态及生存质量的影响

目的研究优质护理对食道癌放疗合并抑郁患者心理状态及生存质量的影响。方法选取80例在本院诊断为食管癌的患者,随机分为对照组和观察组,各40例。对照组患者给予基础护理,观察组患者在此基础上给予优质护理。比较治疗前后2组患者的心理状态及生存质量评分。结果观察组患者的生活质量评分显著优于对照组(P0.05);治疗后,观察组焦虑、抑郁状况明显好于对照组,且2组严重抑郁、无抑郁、严重焦虑、轻度焦虑、无焦虑患者比较,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论对食道癌放疗合并抑郁患者进行优质护理可有效改善患者的心理状态及生存质量,提高护理满意度,值得临床推广。

Influence of high quality nursing on psychological state and quality of life of patients with esophageal cancer undergoing radiotherapy combined with depression

Objective To study the influence of high quality nursing on psychological status and quality of life of patients with esophageal cancer undergoing radiotherapy combined with depression.Methods A total of 80 patients diagnosed as esophageal cancer in our hospital were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 40 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were given basic nursing,and the observation group was given high quality nursing on the basis of the observation group.Psychological status and quality of life score of two groups before and after treatment were compared.Results There was statistically significant difference between two groups in quality of life score (P ＜ 0.05);After treatment,anxiety and depression in the observation group was significantly better than the control group.And severe depression,no depression,severe,mild anxiety,and no anxiety showed significant difference between two groups (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention can effectively improve the patients'anxiety,depression and quality of life,enhance nursing satisfaction and curative efficacy,so it is worthy of clinical application.
