普外科精细化护理管理对控制术后疼痛和感染的效果分析

目的探讨普外科实施精细化护理管理对控制患者术后疼痛与感染的效果。方法选取本院普外科收治的患者346例,随机分为观察组与对照组各173例,分别采用精细化护理管理与常规系统化整体护理,比较2组的疼痛评分、肠道功能恢复时间、术后引流时间、住院天数、术后感染情况与满意度的差异。结果两组对象疼痛评分术后均呈下降趋势,观察组在术后24、48 h和72 h的疼痛评分均低于对照组(P0.05)。观察组的肠道功能恢复时间和住院时间均低于对照组(P0.05)。观察组术后总感染率低于对照组,切口感染、导尿管相关性感染(CAUTI)与呼吸机相关性肺炎(VAP)的人数也少于对照组(P0.05)。观察组的满意率高于对照组(P0.01)。结论普外科实施精细化护理管理不仅能有效控制术后疼痛、降低感染的发生,而且有效提升患者的满意度。

Effect of refined nursing management on controlling postoperative pain and infection in generalsurgery department

Objective To explore the effect of refined nursing management on controlling postoperative pain and infection in general surgery department.Methods A total of 346 patients were selected and randomly divided into observation group (173 cases) and control group (173 eases).The patients in observation group were given refined nursing management,and the controls accepted routine systematic nursing.The pain scores,recovery time of intestinal function,drainage time,and length of hospitalization,postoperative infection and satisfaction between 2 groups were compared.Results The postoperative pain scores in 2 groups was decreased,and pain scores at 24,48 and 72 hours after surgery in the observation group were lower than that of the control group (P ＜ 0.05).The recovery time of intestinal function and length of hospitalization of observation group were lower than that of control group (P ＜ 0.05).The total infection rate of observation group was lower than that of control group (P ＜ 0.05),and the cases with wound infection,catheter-associated urinary tract infection (CAUTI) and ventilator associated pneumonia (VAP) in the observation group were lower(P ＜0.05),and satisfaction in the observation group was higher than that of control group(P ＜ 0.01).Conclusions The refined nursing management in general surgery department can effectively control postoperative pain and infection,and improve the satisfaction of patients.
