预防性护理对降低心血管内科住院患者坠床跌倒的应用

目的探讨预防性护理对心血管内科住院患者坠床跌倒发生率的影响。方法选取本科室2016年1—3月收治的100例心血管内科住院患者为观察组,给予预防性护理以减少坠床跌倒的发生。选取本科室2015年10—12月收治的100例心血管内科住院患者为对照组,给予常规护理。比较2组坠床跌倒的发生率、护患纠纷率、护理满意度以及陪护的坠床跌倒教育效果。结果观察组坠床跌倒的发生率、投诉率低于对照组,陪护人员的防坠床跌倒知识、态度得分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。观察组在安全评估、预防标识、防护效果等方面的满意度均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论预防性护理能够有效减少心血管内科住院患者坠床跌倒的发生率,提高患者的护理满意度。

Application of preventive nursing in reducing the falls of inpatients with cardiovascular disease

Objective To explore the effect of preventive nursing in reducing the incidence of falls in patients with cardiovascular diseases.Methods A total of 100 hospitalized patients in cardiovascular department from January to March 2016 were selected as observation group given preventive nursing to reduce the incidence of falls.Another 100 hospitalized patients in cardiovascular department from October to December 2015 were selected as control group given routine nursing.The incidence of falls,nursing disputes,nursing satisfaction,and the education effect of falls of two groups were compared.Results The incidence of falls and the complaint rate in the observation group were lower than that of the control group,anti-fall knowledge,attitude score of accompanying were higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05).The satisfaction in safety evaluation,prevention of identification,protection effect in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion Preventive nursing can effectively reduce the incidence of falls in patients with cardiovascular diseases,and improve nursing satisfaction of patients.
