优质护理干预模式对胃癌术后心理状态及生活质量的影响

目的探讨胃癌手术患者术后采用优质护理对其心理状态及生活质量的应用价值。方法选取行胃癌根治术的胃癌患者52例作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和研究组,各26例。对照组患者采用传统护理方法,研究组患者采用优质护理干预模式,对比其术后并发症、术前术后抑郁情况、术前术后焦虑情况、住院时间、肛门排气时间、术后生存质量对比、护理满意度。结果研究组并发症发生率为7.69%;对照组为34.62%;研究组术后抑郁自评量表得分、焦虑自评量表得分及WHOQOL-BREF量表得分显著优于对照组;研究组患者住院时间、肛门排气时间显著低于对照组;研究组满意度92.31%,显著高于对照组80.77%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论优质护理可提高护理质量,有效改善患者抑郁、焦虑等心理状态,预防术后并发症的发生,提高患者的术后生活质量,利于术后恢复。

Effect of high quality nursing intervention on psychological status and quality of life for carcinoma patients

Objective To investigate application value of high quality nursing intervention on psychological status and quality of lifefor carcinoma patients.Methods A total of 52 cases with gastric cancer in our hospital underwent radical gastrectomy were randomly divided into control and study groups,with 26 cases in each group.The control group was treated with traditional method and the study group was given high quality nursing intervention,postoperative complications,preoperative and postoperative depression and anxiety,hospital stay,anal exhaust time,postoperative quality of life,and nursing satisfaction were compared.Results Complication rate was 7.69％ in the study group and 34.62％ in the control group;Study group had better outcomes in self-rating depression scale score,anxiety scale scores and WHOQOL-BREF scale scores than the control group;Hospitalization time,and flatus time in the study group was significantly lower than the control group;Nursing satisfaction was 92.31％ in the study group,which was significantly higher than that 80.77％ in the control group,and the differences of above indicators were statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion Quality nursing can improve nursing quality,improve patients' depression,anxiety and other mental state,prevent from postoperative complications and enhance the quality of life after surgery.And it is conductive to postoperative recovery.
